Zero down payment loan for eligible rural and suburban areas. Many Utah communities outside the Wasatch Front qualify, including parts of Weber, Cache, and Washington counties.
Nevada Housing Division's flagship program offering down payment assistance as a grant or low-interest second mortgage. Available across Nevada including Las Vegas metro and Reno.
Eligible veterans, active duty service members, and surviving spouses can purchase a home with zero down payment and no private mortgage insurance through the VA loan program.
